Fashion Consultant

Short Stint on the floor as a Fashion Consultant for Victoria's Secret's first store in India, gave a brief understanding on customer behavior and customer relation management. A holistic working approach was put into play while shifting between various departments during the week of the Store Launch.

Visual Merchandise

  • Assortment and Assembling of 15,000 boxes of products - Lingerie, Athleisure, Beauty, Fragrances & Bodycare 

  • Followed by Floor Maps and areas designated for specific collections shade and size wise for a smoother shopping experience

  • Beautification and eye pleasing Aesthetics through various fixtures and props were introduced to give bestsellers the spot

Fragrance & Bodycare

  • Thorough understanding of the brand's perfume collection, along with great sensorial differentiation largely helped in upselling in this department

  • Studying the brand and what the typical customer's preference would be was also applied on the floor 

  • Cross-selling across departments and diffusion brands based on the client's requirement, set an unsaid buying pattern that were driving more sales
