Short Stint on the floor as a Fashion Consultant for Victoria's Secret's first store in India, gave a brief understanding on customer behavior and customer relation management. A holistic working approach was put into play while shifting between various departments during the week of the Store Launch.

Thorough understanding of the brand's perfume collection, along with great sensorial differentiation largely helped in upselling in this department
